I’ve been practicing design for most of my life. Ever since I was little I developed an interest in creating and understanding how objects work in the world. I grew up in Campinas, Brazil, and both my parents urged me to expand my creativity in different forms. As the daughter of a computer analyst I was taught to learn new technologies and challenge myself as much as possible. Combining technology with my natural tendency for art, design became an easy path. I started with visual arts and fashion design in middle school, followed by web design and coding in high school. Once in college in Brazil, I developed an interest for product design. Following my move to the United States to develop my English, I stayed as a student and finished my education at San Francisco State in Product Development. Today, my design includes technological aspects, as well as aesthetic pleasing products. My designs focus on unique ideas developed throughout extensive research and user testing.
